The title says it all.
Try unfocusing your eyes and stare at the center, maybe it's just me but some weird stuff happens.
More playing around in photoshop, I don't know if I'm quite done with the design in general but this is a nice finished piece. I'm done for tonight though because my eyes can't take it anymore.
It is set up as a desktop, though why anyone would want it except as a prank to someone else is beyond me.
